12:15 PM -- Tech Talk: Challenges and Opportunities in Semiconductor Microelectronic Packaging
Speaker Ken Brown focuses on the research and development required to transform semiconductors into products that can be used in everything from the largest servers to the smallest handhelds. An example is the processor packaging technology that enables the world's thinnest laptop (just announced by Apple) with the world's highest performance microprocessor.
